$75.00 per person – Registration begins November 7th.
Please be sure to register by December 8th at 12:00 noon. Registration will be capped at 120 people. Each Roadrunner region member can register one additonal guest. Non member guests are not eligible for prizes.
REGISTRATION
December 8th at 12:00 noon is a hard deadline to register for this event. If you do not have a MortorsportsReg.com account, we strongly suggest you set one up, because we will ALWAYS be using MSR for future events. We will make an exception for this event, however. You can send payment ($75/person) and names of attendees to PCA-RRR P.O. Box 92113, Albuquerque, NM 87199 by November 30th.
PARKING Parking is free and will be in a special access controlled covered area for our group’s use only. It is located east of the front entrance to the Hotel and is recognizable by the large array of solar panels that provide a cover over the vehicles parked under them.. A parking attendant will be present from 11:00 to 12 noon to provide access to our secure parking area.
STAY
For those wishing to stay overnight (on 12/13), Santa Ana Star Casino-Hotel has provided us with a special room rate of $170.00. Please contact the hotel directly at 1-844-466-2378. Reference Event Name "Roadrunner Region Porsche Club" Room Block, Group Code BKG1025 to receive the special rate. Cut-off date for making reservations is Monday, November 30th.
CHARITY
The PCA-RRR Board has selected the New Mexico Veteran’s Integration Center as this year’s holiday charity, a 501(c)3 tax deductible charitable organization whose mission is to enable Veteran’s and their families achieve stable housing, financial security and a renewed sense of community. Donations to NMVIC help provide vital services to Veterans and their families, including emergency, transitional and rapid re-housing, placement assistance, case management, mental health counseling, clothing, and food pantry. Representative’s of NMVIC will be present at a special information table during our holiday luncheon to provide additional information and to accept donations. Checks or credit cards are preferred for donations. The Roadrunner Region Board of Directors has agreed to match the donations from the members up to $2000.00. Event requirements
Only Roadrunner members may register for the Holiday Luncheon. The primary member may bring one guest. The first 120 registrants who indicate that they would like to participate will be confirmed.
