On Saturday February 7, 2026, CCCR member and restauranteur extraordinaire, Antonio Varia has invited us to Buona Tavola in Paso Robles for a special Valentines lunch!!
We will meet at Porsche San Luis Obispo at 10:00am, drive through the hills to Paso, arrive at 11:45, and have lunch at noon.
The menu consists of:

Tagliere Alle-Pia
Charcuterie platters of alle-pia salumi, imported cheeses and Olives to share
Carciofi ai petali del Grana
A salad of fresh Artichoke hearts and diced Roma tomato shaved Grana Padano in a Balsamic lemon vinaigrette dressing

Tortelloni Bufalina
Homemade tortelloni stuffed with fresh mozzarella in a light pure of tomato sauce and Fresh basil
Gnocchi al pesto Piemontese
Homemade potatoes gnocchi with Pesto and a Touch of cream
Risotto Portofino
Arborio rice with la Mancha Saffron and Asparagus tips in a savory Chicken broth
