It’s that glorious time of year when we welcome new Porsche Club members. This year's All Member dinner will be held at the prestigious Edgewood Country Club in Churchill.
Edgewood Country Club has a rich history dating back to 1896 when Herman Westinghouse and designers laid out a golf course in the North Homestead area. Originally only seven holes, the original golf course was located on a plot of land known as the Loomis Property. One year later, the course was relocated and expanded near the Westinghouse Union Switch property. In 1921, the Edgewood Country Club moved to its current location on Churchill Road. One hundred and sixty-seven acres were purchased for $40,000 and world-renowned golf course designer, Donald Ross, began construction with a workforce of over 3,000. On July 4th, 1922 the New Course opened. Edgewood’s clubhouse and manicured grounds are a perfect backdrop for this year’s All Member Dinner. Come out and enjoy the camaraderie of this wonderful Porsche Club tradition!
