Pocono Overnight Trip!

We will meet at the Tioga West Plaza in Tunkhannock on Saturday, September 19th at 8:30am. Driver's meeting at 8:45, leaving at 9:00 am. T & C Grill is located in the shopping center if you wish to get breakfast before hand (Get there early to eat). We will have a scenic ride as a group to Hyner Run State Park in North Bend, for some breathtaking views.

Afterwards we will drive to our hotel for the night, Holiday Inn Express & Suites, 195 Comfort Lane, St. Mary's PA 15857. 814-834-2030. We do have a block of rooms reserved at a discount by using code PCN. In the morning, after breakfast, we will head out to Benezette, where we will look for the Elk rutting.

This year we will have a Pontoon Boat Tour for the group at Sinnemahoning State Park. The ride will be from 12:00 noon to 1:15 PM. You will want to meet at the boat launch about 15 minutes before the start of the ride so you have time to sign thier waiver form and get fitted for PFDs.

Afterward, when you are ready, you are free to explore the area and head home at your leisure.
