It's time to sign up for our 2026 Calabogie Motorsports event!! This year's event will take place June 29-July 1 and will be run on a completely repaved track! This is super exciting and promises some fantastic track time.

Although the track raised their price to us for this year, we decided to keep our price to you the same as last year but have made two changes. First, the third day will run from 8:00 to 1:00 with no lunch break. We did this because so many people leave early on the last day that it made sense to shorten the day -- but only slightly. You still get 4 hours of track time on that day in addition to 7 hours each of the other two days.

The second change we made is to make coaching sessions optional. We will still have Francis Marquis, Calabogie's head coach, available all three days and you can opt in for a session with him at $100 per session at the time you register.

The remaining track time during the day will be divided evenly between run group sessions where drivers can work at their own driving pace to work on their own goals.  There will be two 30 minute sessions each hour for faster and slower cars. This event is a deep dive into DE, with included classroom sessions and new on-track exercises which are designed to make you into a better driver. Everyone always loves this event!

There will be a classroom each day during lunch (which will be locally catered!). These classes will be taught by Francis Marquis. Francis will also lead a track walk at the end of the first day and a debrief when the track goes cold at the end of the first two days (liquid refreshments will be served). These sessions are designed to wrap up the day’s events and set goals for the following day.

Registration Details We must have 28 people or more signed up for this event and committed (fully paid) by the end of March. Registration opens on February 2nd, with a strict no cancellation policy after March 25th. We strongly urge you to consider optional cancellation insurance which is available at time of payment. The price for this is around $100 for all three days and lets you cancel and receive a refund for many different reasons -- including if your car breaks down. It even provides for a refund if it happens after the event begins.

You can still sign up after March 25th, but we will not be able to hold this event if we do not have at least 28 people signed up and paid by March 25th. Entry fees are $450 per day or $1250 for all three days. Registration includes daily lunch for the first two days, beer & wine social, all classroom sessions and an incredible amount of track time at one of the best tracks in the northeast.

Event requirements

Driver Education Requirements

  • Minimum age 18 with a valid driver’s license in hand at the event.
  • If a car on the track has a passenger, at least one (1) occupant must be an NER-approved instructor and the other must be a registered participant.
  • While we have professional corner workers at most events, most participants will have a work assignment. In fairness to fellow workers, any participant who is tardy or who fails to show up at his/her assigned station will forfeit time on the track.
  • No illegal or drowsiness-inducing drugs or alcohol consumption prior to or during the hours of the event; by any person attending the event, driver or guest.
  • The Technical Inspection area of this site explains many very important requirements to note prior to coming to the track. Of particular note are harnesses and brake fluid.

NER reserves the right to refuse any entrant’s event registration or to expel any entrant during the event.

Track Sound Requirements -  Sound testing must be completed by each vehicle on your first day at the track. A sound tech-sticker will be placed on your windshield. No cars will be allowed on track without a sound test sticker.  Sound levels will be measured 15 feet in front and behind the vehicle while the engine is revved at 2/3's of redline of the tachometer.
